Are you looking for something fun to do with family, friends, or coworkers this holiday season? Did you know that we offer small group and large group classes for staff groups or families! All workouts are programmed to be accessible to beginners as well as the experienced athlete. We always have options to give a range of abilities the same workout stimulus while keeping movements safe and fun for everyone.
We also have gift certificates available for individual coaching sessions! Do you know someone that has been wanting extra help with a skill, mobility, or a particular lift? This is the perfect opportunity to work 1-on-1 with a coach for 30- or 60-minutes. Rates for individual coaching are $75/hour for a 1:1 session. Reach out for details/rates for 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 sessions as well.
