We have members that range from 13-years-old to 75-years-old.

Members who have been participating in classes for 1-week to 7-years.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Everything we do at RCF is to set you up for a lifetime of health and happiness. We use functional, full-body movements such as squats, presses, and deadlifts that will put you in the best shape of your life while also improving your mobility, balance, and coordination.

EVERYONE CAN DO IT

We have members ranging from 13 to 75-years-old. We are able to modify all movements to ensure that everybody gets an effective and safe workout. There is no one that is too young, too old, too weak, or too out shape to join Rocked Community Fitness!

“Upon turning 40, I knew I needed to add something more to my routine to help me stay active. The elliptical machine, workout videos, and walks and bike rides around the neighbourhood just weren’t challenging or motivating enough. “After moving to Brandon, I knew I needed to find a gym and start being more active. I tried a few different gyms but could never commit to working out consistently because I didn’t enjoy going and wasn’t sure what to work on. “I have been involved with Zack and Jenn at the gym for about 4 years and I find that the gym experience really works for me. I really appreciate the community and find everyone to be very accepting and supportive. Having the group class at RCF is motivating like no other. I am 66-years-old and actually feel better now than I ever have. I see all levels of physical fitness at this gym – it’s comforting to know I also fit in. “Rocked Community Fitness has been absolutely phenomenal. I started at RCF during high school in the search for something new and exciting. Something to push me past my limits and that is exactly what I have found. Through Zack and Jenn’s excellent training and coaching staff they’ve acquired, I went from someone who had no previous experience in the gym to competing at the national level in Weightlifting the very same year. Zack and Jenn are committed to ensuring you get the best workout possible and will not settle for anything less. Although the workouts can be tough, they always find a way to make it fun and enjoyable, and to sum up RCF in one word, that’s what it would be: enjoyable! The community surrounding you at Rocked is unbelievable.
